Here at Cavazzone Restaurant all this is the base of our Menu, enriched by modern dishes, but respectful of our centuries’ old tradition.
The main room in our restaurant used to be a stable with cast iron pillars and vaulted roof; now it’s even more charming thanks to the elegant albeit simple furniture. In the warmer period meals can be served also under the portico facing the ancient barnyard.
The real treat is a table on the patio overlooking valley with Reggio Emilia, framed by the Alps with its gentle breeze and a breathtaking view.
Furthermore, inside the former blacksmith’s workshop there is now a cosy little room for a private or romantic dinner, while in another room called ‘’the hunters’ room’, named after the hunting trophies on its walls, is available for a special evening in front of a warm fireplace.
We organize weddings, banquets, ceremonies, birthdays and other special events. Size and availability may vary according to the time of year and the type of occasion. Our goal is to always craft a tailor-made and truly unique event.
Some of our spaces, both indoors and outdoors, are approved for the performance of civil marriage rites, which may be organized in conjunction with the agritourism’s other services.
We are open every night for dinner, and on Sundays and holidays also for lunch.
On request, we can open for lunch for parties of at least 10 people.
We are closed on Tuesdays except for July and August, when we remain open 7 days a week. In Fall and Winter, we observe a closing period which varies from year to year.
